"Great location for Paddington Station. No A/C, no washcloths, no hand towels, no kleenex, maybe no fan in room. Young man working the front desk didn't know much about anything in regards to our room. TV channels is antenna only. Wi-Fi is weak in rooms so need to use in Lobby. Our bathroom sink was drainng super slow and it was scheduled to be looked at at 8am. No one came. Then after I went to front desk and told them, later on they said he came and knocked and we didn't answer??? Never heard...

"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs.
