"The staff were cold, rude, and ignored my hellos or good mornings. The food was not very good anywhere except the steakhouse and carribbean restaurant. The app doesn’t work for booking reservations and because of that we couldn’t eat at a restaurant the first two nights. The atm was broken, they had no vegan burgers, all the allergens are mislabeled there which could be a nightmare. "The Buccaneer Beach Club was perfect stay. The staff friendly especially Candace at Front Desk. The grounds well kept. My room was immaculate. I would definitely stay there again. If there is a downside, which there is not. The Buccaneer does not host an eatery, but why would it. You have a kitchen to cook your own food. Microwave, hot stove, etc. Next door is the Salt Plage which has good food. Great staff too!"
