"This hotel is conveniently located for visiting Cooperstown and Glimmerglass. We went at a time when crowds were minimal. The view from our room, right on the lake, was stunning. The room has a larger than average room refrigerator/freezer, and was extremely clean. The mattress was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful. A perfect choice for a long weekend in mid-October."

"A very clean room that was spacious in an armory setting. Lots of memorabilia to look at, a very novel experience. Very close to the Mohawk Valley Overlook which connects to the Riverlink Park, great for a strolll. It was off season in October so nobody was around and restaurants were closed."

"We arrived to check in not knowing that there were no elevators to get to the second floor. I asked the staff if we were booked for first or second floor which was already set to be a on second, requested a first floor room due to my elderly mother and they seamlessly changed it for us. "Spent three nights here. Room was clean and very comfortable. Beds were firm with soft clean linen. Parking is ample. Breakfast was adequate. Good variety of restaurants in the area to choose from to eat. The best part was the service, the gentleman at the front desk made us feel welcomed and appreciated.
