"The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. On our arrival we were met by Vladimir who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Our room was immaculate with clean towels twice a day, Marlon needs a special mention as he always left a different artwork with towels on our daily return. The Quaterdeck bar is great, a special mention must go to Reuben and Ritika who were so attentive and always so welcoming, loveliest people. The pool boys Matthew, Max and a lovely boy from Sweden in Merkanti adult pool were outstanding, so helpful and always ready for a chat. Lastly would like to mention Hmad Draabou assistant manager who was outstanding ,extremely helpful and available to help at all times. When we were leaving waiting for our taxi he came over for a chat and asked how our stay had been.
