"We enjoyed a lot to stay in your place on Columbus Day Weekend in the heart of Alexandria Bay Town, the room was clean and right next to the dock you can park your boat or go fishing. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed delicious coffee they serve all day long in the lobby and also you can use toaster and microwave to warm up your meals, outside next to the dock is nice picnic area with girls, vending and ice machines and lots of tables, beach...

"We had a wonderful experience at Motel Long Lake & Cottages! Jennifer and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Their attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and exceptional service made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. This place is truly a hidden gem in the Adirondacks. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway with people who genuinely care about their guests. We’re already looking forward to returning...

"Staff are really helpful, nice and honest! We leave the computer in the room and forget to take it with us. The cleaning lady found it, staff keep it until we went to pick it up! Thanks for all the Staff and owner!"

"Nice place to stay for a quick overnight. Basic amenities but very clean. The owner was very friendly, polite and helpful. The only negative I can recall was the walls are thin and I could hear snoring from the room next door but this was manageable. Otherwise, I nice stay on a memorable trip"

"Great stay"

"He was so kind and it was beautiful"

"We stayed in the Schitt's Creek themed room and it was amazing! The attention to detail was unmatched. A great stay for fans of the show. Besides the theme, the room was wonderful. Very clean and Pia, the owner, really does go above and beyond adding special touches that make the stay very enjoyable. We will be back again! "

Cable TV was great WiFi too, but a little slow to stream. The bathrooms were clean, but looked like there had been a previous leak. We were short on towels, but were offered a room upgrade last minute to accommodate our child, so maybe it wasn’t stocked. Owner was so friendly I’m sure she would have provided anything she could....
