Room very dated. Not at all like the pics online. First thing we find upon entering room is a can of insect repellent. No towels in room. Got towels from front desk. They turned out to all be stained. Would definitely not recommend staying.

At Lawrence gap sits on one of the best beaches in Barbados. I believe ghe gap needs to encourage bit more local enterprise or it’s gonna be taken over by a group and everything becomes the same. Safe to walk about. Just be polite to the homeless.

Lawrence gap is a vibrant and lively area. Everyone is very friendly, if not a little over friendly at times. There is a good variety of restraunts and bars.

St Lawrence Gap is the party area of the island but during the day it is very quiet and a good place to stroll through as there are various places to have a light breakfast (or heavy) and various shops and street vendors who don’t trouble you.
