"We did not have breakfast as we left very early, but love the “pantry” on every floor with the coffee options. "

"Rather than being 100% negative-I will offer suggestions that would have helped improve the experience. Have a garage entrance near the hotel. It was about 2 blocks away with no signage that indicated this was the correct garage. The instructions indicated the garage was across from the Sheraton, but the hotel it is across from is no longer a Sheraton (it took my 3 tries to find the garage). When you get in the garage there wasn't any signage to tell you where to park for the hotel. When you...

"For the price of this hotel, I was incredibly disappointed in both our room as well as the staff. Our room was not very clean when we arrived, and there were stains on the sheets. We had a two night stay and expected our room to be cleaned the next day. Nobody had visited our room at all. Honestly felt like a discount Hampton Inn. The staff except for the bartender were not very kind or welcoming. I would not stay here again."

"Room was okay. Bathroom shower was not cleaned and there wasn’t hot water except for the morning of our departure. Swimming pool was altogether disgusting. Tiles were covered in dirt and grim all around, there was green mold on the outside edge around pool, and the water was murky/dark. Very disappointing as we picked this hotel for the pool. "

The front desk clerk was really helpful and knowledgeable about the city and had good digestions abs opinions on fun locations with little ones and for adults she was amazing. Breakfast was good just ran out of syrup for waffles but still 10/10 "

"Not for staff but owners, maybe repaint, replace carpet. Our stay was more of a stop sleep and go. The price was ok. But fixing a little bit the property would be worth it. "

"Absolute worst place I've ever almost stayed in. Spent a total of 10 minutes in this place. Smells of cigarettes and weed, which is whatever and to be almost expected at low budget hotels. But we found bed bugs as soon as we walked into the door. Asked for a refund and was denied. Did not stay the night and never would. Steer clear of this place."
