"Dan was a fantastic host as well as being a very kind person! Rosie, the cohost, might be somewhat intimadating at first glance for some, but she is a very sweet character when you get to know her. Breakfast was made with love by Dan and the whole house is tastefully original as was my room. The area itself is very inviting and parking is absolutely no problem. A stay that will always be positively remembered."

"We had a very disappointing stay at 21c Museum Hotel St. Louis. The air conditioning in our room was not working at all, and the room phone was also not working. Because of this, I had to use my personal cell phone to call the front desk multiple times. After several calls, a technician came to the room, but he was not able to fix the AC, even after contacting the chief engineer. "My expedia says check in at 3:00. Hotel says 4:00 and they were terrible at communicating when rooms were done amd we didn’t get in until 4:30. Parking was ridiculously expensive and they put two pending charges for $192.00 and $242.00 before they figured out the correct amount. Had to call back because they charged me for two valet parking permits when i purchased one.. not a great experience"
