"This hotel was lovely, one of the nicest boutique hotel stays we've experienced. Everything was wonderful, from the welcoming lobby and super friendly staff to the delicious breakfast to cocktails at the bar to the unique, beautifully designed rooms. Convenient location to the amazing and powerful Civil Rights Museum and Central BBQ. While they offer valet parking, offsite parking is about a 8 minute walk - would recommend dropping off bags first if parking offsite."

"The Hyatt Centric near Beale St. in Memphis is in an excellent location. It's close to Beale St., Mississippi River, and other nearby attractions. It would be nice if they offered a shuttle when it is very hot or raining or for people with mobility issues. Otherwise, it is in close proximity to a lot of local attractions. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is an outstanding place to have a drink and see beautiful scenery. The rooms and rest of the hotel...

"Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean."

"This hotel is not in a great area of Memphis. I would not walk out at night. Many surrounding abandoned buildings. Our room had a handle missing on the bathroom door and hand soap instead of shower gel. No other little amenities like shower cap etc. For the price of the room it was to say the least a disappointment. On check in we were told breakfast was until 11am. I went down 10 min before 10 and was told that breakfast was closed and that it only went until 10. The front desk...
