"Perfect spot if you want to be away from the very busy parts of Tokyo. Room was about the expected size in Tokyo. Waseda station about a 10min walk away to easily get into the city. Lovely local restaurants and shops in the area. Had to check ourselves in by getting the keys from a lockbox in front of the building but the instructions were very clear on how to obtain them."

"The hotel is very well located just a stone throw from Takadanobaba station. There is a very cheap drug store at the right corner nearby the hotel (not donki). Donki is located next to the hotel. There is also Peakcock supermarket just around 100m from the hotel"

"We stayed here one night and found it to be in a good location with convenient access to the train station and a 7-11 downstairs. Even though you’re in the middle of a busy area the room was quiet. Unfortunately the room doors in this hotel are not sound proofed at all so you’ll hear everything that happens in the hallway as if it’s inside your room, but thankfully most people just come and go quickly.
