The facility is not manned by any staff most of the time. However, the check in is a breeze with the tablet at the front desk if you registered online ahead of your arrival. The room is compact with very practical layout. Our family of four had no problem navigating around each other during our 5 days stay.

Location is great, can walk 10mins to Myeongdong. The hotel has an independent cafe near reception along with a GS25 convenient store on premises. Reception staff were great and accommodating. Had a lovely stay.

Loved the layout of the rooms for 4 grown adults in Japan. Shower / bathroom was very nice for the price. Area has plenty of great places to eat with locals and transportation via train easily accessible. I would 100% come back for my next trip to Japan!

Stunning!

Stunning hotel! So stylish and beautifully designed space to be aesthetic and functional. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in was easy with excellent support. The location was brilliant being so close to the train station, cafes, restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Spotlessly clean and beautifully quiet!

We booked the family room for our family of 5 (kids 13, 10 and 8). The beds were comfortable and spacious, but otherwise it was a relatively compact room. The place was clean but it showed signs of wear. This showed in the condition of the tatami mat, the walls had many marks from perhaps luggage bumping into it, and the corners had accumulated dirt. Beware that the entrance flooring within the room is lower than the rest of the room by maybe a centimetre so there is a ledge on each side of the doorway. It is way to trip on it. Our 10 year old tripped on it one evening and really hurt his wrist. Poor design. There is no closet or drawers but there was a metal ledge on some of the walls for hangers. More hooks or hangers would have been helpful. The bathroom was well equipped with hooks, bars and drying rack though. Around 10min walk to the closest subway station (Higashi-Shinjuku) and 20min walk to Shinjuku station. Quiet streets until you are closer to Shinjuku. Plenty of Lawson’s, Family Mart and 7 eleven nearby. Lastly, there is a short flight (6-8 steps?) down to the main entrance for those who have trouble carrying their luggage up and down stairs.

Nice clean place to stay. I’d say a little to small for 2 adults and 3 children but doable if you don’t plan on spending a ton of time in the room.
