"Clean room, but like the rest of the hotel , it’s a little tired , could do with an upgrade But for convenience in the town , it was good Stayed there a few times "

"This was the first time staying here, rooms are large and clean with comfy beds but when we arrived in the early evening the room was quite cold and even after turning up the heat it didn't seem to do much. During the night while in bed the heating seem to come on and really warm the room up, not really the time it is needed..Overall it was a good stay"

"A truly mesmerizing experience. The room was of a standard comparable to the one we enjoyed at the Ritz in London. The castle and its surrounding grounds were beautiful and astonishing. The architecture was impressive in its history, beauty, and timeless elegance. The staff were polite and accommodating throughout. Altogether, it was a deeply enriching experience."

"The property is lovely. Very clean, warm and comfortable. You are made to feel at home rather than being in a hotel room. I hadn't advised i woukd need a patking space, but it was no issue. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the host Helen is really lovely welcoming you into their home. Definitely stay here again. I was here for business and very handy location to get my customers."

"First up, the photo of this property is entirely inaccurate. It isn’t merely that the photo is of the property a while ago - it is a photo of a different house altogether. See photos for the actual property. Rubbish piled up in a corner outside as well. The entire building smelled vaguely like cigarette smoke. It is in a fairly advanced state of neglect. We were offered a choice of two bedrooms, and the one we rejected was tiny, with peeling laminate on the floors. Ours has been documented...

"I had terrible experience but anwar was easy approachable and when escalated anwar called and was happy to listen to you and accepted he will get it sorted for next guest It may be my mistake of opting cheaper rooms over Expedia that may be also reason for not meeting my expectations "

"Had all the essentials, good location and good shower. The bed was unfortunately very hard and uncomfortable and there was a constant whirring sound in the room a bit like a faint extractor fan. It just wouldn't stop and, as a light sleeper, made it difficult to get to sleep. Our room was also next to reception and early in the morning we could hear all the conversations going on at the reception desk and in the breakfast area. Didn't seem to be much awareness of the fact that there were...

"Clean room, polite and helpful staff. The option to leave luggage on the day of departure. A few things were not quite right in the rooms but we weren't paying to dollar, so we thought it was good value overall. Just got to be ok with lots of steps. Also definitely no breakfast available. Wetherspoons close by though."
