"While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. That said, the hotel itself was a bit of a surprise in a positive way. The outside appearance doesn’t quite match the inside, which is actually nice and updated. The room was clean, well-kept, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fairly basic, nothing special but enough to get the day started. Overall, the environment during my stay made it very uncomfortable, and I was honestly ready to leave after the first night. I do hope the hotel takes situations like this into consideration in the future to ensure a better experience for all guests."

"The room it was nice , but the bathroom was very dirty and have some plumbing issues, when we taken a shower, The bathroom floor flooded, and the water wouldn't drain from the tub; we practically had to bathe in dirty water. "

"To begin with, the staff was very friendly at all times; however, the hotel's facilities are not well-maintained—there are many repairs with shoddy workmanship—and specifically in my room, I had to call maintenance twice due to issues in the bathroom, such as a lack of hot water and a clogged toilet and sink!"

"The front desk worker Tashae was absolutely wonderful. She even remembered my name when I checked out. In addition she was extremely helpful and friendly! "

"When I got there my air wasn’t working. But I was able to easily get ahold of the staff. They sent maintenance up and he took care of it asap for me. It worked perfectly the rest of my stay. Thank you for that. Also my room had a beautiful view of downtown! "
