"Nice view of ocean from small balcony on the third level. Breakfast was well-prepared with a good variety over our two mornings. Nice touch with 24-hour hot beverage machine with lots of coffe, etc. choices. Beach out front is wide and flat, perfect for all beach-goers. Staff was very nice and property was very clean and maintained. Well done! This was our first time to Amelia Island. We plan to return and would certainly stay again at the Amelia Seaside Inn!"

"The room was sufficiently large and clean as was the bathroom. There is an elevator for rooms on the second floor. The staff was helpful. The bar scene was fun. There is a happy hour every day from four to six and there is outside seating nearby. The location of the hotel could not have been better. Easy walks to good restaurants and the bay front. Also good free parking."

"This is a charming B&B with excellent, caring service. The building is from the 1800s so it’s not shiny and new, but so comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The food was wonderful, with eggs made to order. When we’re back in St. Mary’s, this is where we’ll stay."
