"Just returned from a three night stay, everything was as great as it could be, helpful friendly people, nothing was too much trouble. Our only criticism is their sister hotel could do with some staff training, service was as good as being at fawlty towers. However idle rocks was perfect !!"

"Worst hotel I,ve ever stayed in! Filthy dirty,the room smelled of sewage,the toilet was leaking,dirty towels on the floor,no loo roll,no tea/coffee not even a teaspoon and there were cigarette butts inside the kettle !
