"Relaxing short stay in a beautiful area of New Zealand - the room was clean and spacious, staff were relatively friendly and helpful. It was a short walk from the rooms to the main reception area and restaurant for breakfast, which was delicious. Would've been nice to have some sheer curtains or blinds to be able to let some natural light in without people being able to look in from the outside, but overall we had an enjoyable stay and hope to return again."

"We had a great 3 nights in a lovely spacious room with nice decor & and outdoor area. We walked into the town (15 minutes) each morning for coffee. Our only complaint would be that servicing the room didn’t seem to include any cleaning or making of the bed, just fresh towels if requested. This was despite having a service request sign to hang on the door. It seemed strange to us & compared to other motels we've stayed at."

"Pulling up to this estate feels like you are in a movie! The building and rooms are so gorgeous and well maintained, we felt like royalty! Especially the breakfast, it was incredible and the best included breakfast of any hotel I have been to! "

"Beautiful room in a beautiful location. The room was very luxurious and well equipped, you couldn't ask for any more. The only negative would be if you only offer a King bed have a King mattress not two singles together with a topper covering the join The staff were very helpful and friendly"

"Great location in a shopping location and not in the craziness of Queenstown centre. Plenty of food shops and nice coffee close by. Love the happy hour and restaurant facility. Lovely staff. Great room, bed, pillows, bath condiments etc. always stay here when visiting Queenstown ."

"I enjoyed my stay. Although parking was quite tight. I also was disappointed, because I had an EV, that I wasn't informed that there were charging points available. I only found these by chance. Great location, just put of Queenstown. But nice and close to Airport and good shops nearby. Apartment was well stocked with cutlery."

"The level of luxury provided at Coronet Ridge is top tier. I was upgraded to the Executive Shotover Suite which was spacious and warmed by fireplace that was double-sided between the lounge and bedroom. The mountain and river views from this suite were superb - possibly some of the best views from accommodation in Queenstown. Arthurs Point is about an 8 minute picturesque drive from the Queenstown waterfront, and is in close proximity to Arrowtown and Ayrburn Winery.The road to Arthurs Point is...

"There is limited parking and late check-in isn't completely simple since the desk isn't staffed 24/7, but the staff is terrific, the hotel is clean, and it works fine for a single night."

"Wasn’t my best experience this time. No furniture that made it easy to continue work or even have a meal there which I found odd. Booked a mountain view room which I did not receive. I would reconsider if I would go back again. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy."

"Came back after 9 years, the place is still magical as it is. We stayed in Pisa 1, and this place now has free wine tasting and a hot tub where we enjoyed.. Best hidden secret, ill stay here longer next time :)"
