"The property was gorgeous. Front desk was friendly but needs to spend a little more time explaining the amenities offered like what floor the pool is on and restaurants that are available. They spent more time wondering about my little Maltipoo, if I reported that I needed a dog friendly room in advance. So if you plan on bringing a pooch be sure to let them know in advance. Other than that it is definitely a princess environment with a classy old world feel. I’m glad my husband picked it...

"It had entrance on to plaza with shops and restaurants so commute to dinner was five minute walk. Room had balcony to get a little fresh air and was spacious. Great stay, great staff, and great location."

"The facility has no air conditioning and our room faced west. The afternoon sun was brutal. Our room was over 90 degrees and never cooled down even with the window (only one window so no cross ventilation) open and fan on high. One electric receptacle was missing a cover and VERY loose. We don’t recommend going to this facility any time from mid May through September."

"Exterior of property is in great need of a facelift. Common areas are dated, but clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. Our unit was great, clean and stocked. At checkin I received an access key for secure areas, but not the code for the door to my unit. Very inconvenient oversight. It was also not brought to my attention that the unit has access from two floors. We entered on bottom floor and about broke our necks getting heavy luggage up a spiral staircase to the bedrooms only to...

"10/10 stay! Staff and hotel was great ! We were super impressed with the attention to detail for our 15M old! She got snacks & a toy during check in and they even included a teepee in our room for her to play. Would stay here again!"
