"Charming beachside hotel with the pier right out the front door! Can’t get much closer to the beach than that. Multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance, seaside vibes for sure. Comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, ample parking, friendly staff."

"The breakfast left much to be desired. Prepared foods are nice, but some of them when reconstituted were not all that good. In addition, the air conditioner in room 209 did not always work. It would shut off in the middle of the night, leaving the room, very stale"

"Room upon check in: dirty sheets, had to change them ourselves. Crazy thing is, I wonder how long the out of order and renovation sorry for the inconvenience flyers have been posted. Staff: lazy but informative since I was handed a plunger & had to plunge a toilet that no one staying with me clogged. Parking: extremely unsafe, multiple homeless or drug addicts smoking at the entrance under the awning or just aimlessly wondering around. I say this in the nicest way possible but they never came...

"We had a great time at his resort for a short stay with the family. The kids, especially loved the pool. Also, we loved the access to the beach and the view was breathtaking! The rooms were nice and clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. We will definitely be returning to this location for any future vacations."

"Stayed here for 2 nights as what one would call a “staycation”. The hotel itself is located in a rather industrial area, certainly not the prettiest area to look at, but it was easy to locate & parking was abundant. I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff, Micaela, who was AMAZING! My boyfriend and I had reserved a king size room, which we were disappointed once we entered the room, it felt almost like a “motel” on the parking lot side. "The rooms are really old and need updating. Unfortunate that we could not get housekeeping daily with spending over 200 per night because we didn't stay for 7 days. Had to ask for more soap, towels, shampoo, etc. Great location and restaurant staff were awesome. Room is a 5 and location is a 10."

"Upon arrival I was told that a deposit was required and it would be returned at checkout. due to late time, I paid the deposit. The next morning at checkout I was told it would be five days before the deposit would be returned. What a rip off!"
