"Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. However, the room felt like a room an ex-convict would be given just after release from prison. The lighting was cold with no bedside table lamps.
