Island Grand at TradeWinds
Rooms were dated and poor layout. Most elevators were out of service and the paddle boats were also not working. They had an area to feed the ducks but it was covered in bird poop over everything. The on site food was sub par for the cost and that is coming from Chicago level pricing. Fairly nice ...

Airport shuttle was great and on time. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Front desk staff efficient and friendly. Good for before and after cruise-no complaints. Ample smoking areas (2) if you're a smoker. Pool and area very nice

Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa
Our room was given to another guest so we were put into a room that had obvious water damage at the entrance. The closet doors are rotting at the bottom. Maybe you should have respect for people that book your rooms to make them feel comfortable. I will never stay at a Hilton again
