"The property is excellent. Great location next to Beach Road and great views of the bay from the hotel. One of the restaurants forget the name is Michelin mentioned spectacular setting and great food. Massage service first rate. The concierge very helpful setting up dinner on a holiday weekend."

"We booked this to start our Anniversary trip, but were sadly disappointed. At the front desk, I was asked if I wanted the balcony to overlook the parking lot and I was very shocked that she was asking since it was our anniversary and I booked a balcony room. We were told we were “upgraded” but our room was tiny-balcony was beautiful though.
The first night, we had a screaming baby next door. We let the front desk know. The following night, we had someone yanked at the door in between our room...

"I booked a king size oasis room and they gave me a run down king size. Called the front who said because I booked through Expedia it’s not the actual room that was shown it was just the category - king size room. That’s complete and utter trash. I stayed the night previously in a very nice and well priced marina view with upgraded room amenities. "The room was extremely nice. This was our second time at this location.We went there on my birthday weekend and the lady at the counter I believe her name was Tara or Kara . I’m not sure. But she was extremely helpful upgraded our room at no cost, would definitely recommend."
