"Excellent location, a 10 minute drive from the market square in Bruges city centre. A large carpark outside the hotel which was convenient, great selection at breakfast & dog-friendly rooms! Lovely grounds at the rear of the building to walk our dog when he needed to go. "

"My room had a path with lots of stairs, thankfully they gave me easier access with all my luggage! I didn't check out the breakfast or bar, but it looked nice. The room was simpler than anticipated, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and included decent towels and was comfortably heated. The hotel is at a great location, a few minutes from the plaza."

Every amenity had been carefully thought out…dressing gowns, coffee machine, Guylain chocolates (topped up every day), water. Breakfast was superbe - Jason & Sandra catered to our every need, with freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries & of course cooked options. "We loved this hotel the location was amazing so close to everything. The staff were amazing and helpful. The only warning to note is there are stairs and no elevator, the stairs are steep and if you are travelling all the way from Australia and likely travelling with large luggage the you may want to ask for ground floor in booking or make sure you have someone to help get the luggage upstairs we have to go up 3 flights of stairs not easy. Doable but not easy. There is no air conditioner but...
