"Room and bed were great in the Presidential suite. Room service was difficult and adequate at best but the staff and cleaning services were excellent. I stayed here twice and will do so each time I visit Trinity Medical School"

"This was a refreshing trip for one night and the pool being heated in the night was amazing . It is also located right on the beach which is even better"

Also, the hotel has a strict policy against having more than one guest use the bathroom, which resulted in my cousins being turned away. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. There is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness, bathroom maintenance, and guest hospitality."
