"Good location, room nice enough. Difficult check in and have been double charged by the property after paying via Expedia. Still waiting this to be resolved 3 days later."

"Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. TV had many apps and allowed streaming from your own device so entertainment wasn't an issue. Plenty of parking onsite and the laundry facilities are good. There's no onsite food options, although there's fast food a few hundred metres away. Housekeeping is hit and miss, might be okay for a short stay, but I was there for a month and frequently had to go to reception to ask for coffee refills, toilet paper, water etc. and room wasn't cleaned....

It’s an excellent location, lots of things around that you need like public transport, supermarket and a pub on your doorstep. The employees at the front desk are outstanding! They are always very efficient, knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. And…… the beds are so good!"

"I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially not families. The team was extremely unwelcoming, the premises were unsanitary and the area around the apartment was unsafe. I am very familiar with Melbourne and there are lots of great places to stay, but this was a very dodgy set-up and the staff seemed extremely unwelcoming."

"The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries. Kitchenette had plenty of cups, plates etc. Good location and easy to find for a country traveller. Pretty quiet. The host was happy to accommodate our late check in. But building itself old, carpets worn and needs a good clean!"

"Place was near the station which was very convenient. Rooms are quite dated but with what you pay for it is really not bad at all. Staff was very nice. Toilets unfortunately always had pee on them when I stayed there. Does tend to get noisy with all the cars if your room is next to a road. Also have to give a deposit for a key which isn't the best for a solo female traveller."

"This property is in a terrible condition, I felt like I was going to fall through the floor boards in the hall, there is a wet musky smell in the whole building. We requested a spa bath but it didn’t work and there is rotting wood in the bathroom. The free breakfast doesn’t start until 8am which too late. I know this is cheap accommodation but I’m not sure this place should still be operating in it’s current condition. "

"Beautiful large home with great outdoor areas, well stocked pantry, SUPER comfortable beds! Great Farmers market few blocks away and an excellent local pub on the way to the train station. Everything you need to stay in or venture out. Great communication with hosts pre and post check in. "

"The motel is what it is. It is an affordable option in a good location on the edge of the city. The room showed wear and tear, it isn't pretty, it is basic, there is road and train noise at night BUT if you're wanting an affordable stay very close to the city and don't intend to spend much time in your room during the day and the above issues don't matter to you then this place is fine for a couple of nights. The man at the front desk was friendly and I appreciated him staying behind to allow me...

"Theo was very good, no problems to check in or need anything. Are shops close by. Nice apartment, Bed very comfortable, I have hip aches and Not On This Bed! Sofa comfy too. Jug & a toaster! Cooking hop, great! Small fridge, fine. If anything to say, Extra pillow for the bed, Light needed over hop, Be good if TV was bigger? Location is great to Tram/Bus to City. Free Parking, good! Would stay again."
