"The hotel is housed in a beautiful building, greater than 500 years old. It is very clean and well maintained, but some of the room amenities leave a little to be desired. The bathtub is very small and has a glass partition which covers just half the space. It takes a little maneuvering to stand under the shower and keep everything else dry. The water pressure was very good. Also, no bathroom counter space to speak of. The furnishings were in keeping with the age and period of the building. Our room was on the fifth floor and the elevator does not go that high so there were lots is steps to be tackled. Our party was ok to manage this but there are many who could not. The staff is there of course to help with bags. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Finally the Hotel Paris is in an amazing location- very close to Santa Maria Novella train station, the Duomo, good restaurants and great shopping."

"This stay was absolutely lovely! The room was sparkly clean, the view was serene, the staff was remarkable! They called a taxi for us every time we needed it, scheduled a ride to the airport for us at 4 am and had breakfast awaiting us before we left! They offered what we needed and waaaay more. It was close to the city Centre as well. Breakfast buffet is remarkable! Anything you could want and more is there! You can also make your own juice. Everything was delightful and we WILL be staying here again and again!"

It's a good solution for a slightly older family as the bedrooms are split over two levels. I would happily stay there again as it's a location which is walkable to the historic centre of Florence or can be reached by bus. Absolutely fabulous staff, friendly and attentive. Great ambassadors for a great city."

"On a bien aimé notre séjour. C’était très propre partout. Notre cabine était parfaite. Votre équipe s’est bien occupée de nous. Et nous avons eu un très bon service. Nous le recommandons. Nous avons trouvé très pratique de pouvoir acheter nos excursions au camping et d’avoir le transport pour les excursions directement du camping c’était bien pratique et zéro stress à essayer de trouver le groupe au centre ville."
