"Check in was a disaster. They didn't communicate through email any check in instructions, they use an App that I don't have or use. Once we cleared that up it took almost an hour from the time I got the the property to figure out their demands to get an expensive deposit made until I could get a code to get into the place. The management company the owner uses for check in is a disaster. Poor customer service, didn't respond to most emails. The place itself is small and basic which is fine....

"Once we opened the door, we were welcomed with a refreshing fragrance! The house was clean but the shower cubicle could be cleaner. The beds were comfortable and we had 6 beds for a family of 5! The kitchen was well equipped with a working fridge/freezer and microwave, which we used. We did not use the kettle, toaster or cooker but they were available. "Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area.
