"Lovely welcome at reception, room was clean. Lovely staff at breakfast who signed us in. Breakfast was nice. Handy stop over for our trip to Alton Towers."

"Very dated. No usb chargers or even plug points near beds. Bathroom very old and feel dirty, even though they clean, due to how aged and worn out they are. Window lets in a lot of noise. Ok for a quick one night stay. On the plus side, staff was excellent and breakfast was great."

"Clean room very quite had no problem parking although we probably got a penalty driving through a restricted bus lane which there are no signs so be careful when finding the hotel and plan the route because we had trouble finding the place."

"We used to stay here many years back when visiting relatives in the area. Now it has turned into a Spa Resort, great for those who like and want to be pampered, no problems there, but we did find the restaurants evening menu is now very restricted for choice., plus there was always cold blasts of air, making it very uncomfortable to dine. Back in the day the then Ostler restaurant was far superior"

"Staff are the best part about this hotel, friendly and helpful. Hotel building is quite tired and needs renovation, such as the sink in our room was cracked and looked like it has been for a long time."

"I was pleasantly surprised staying at the Holiday Inn just off Jtn 13 M6 Stafford. The room was clean, just like all of the hotel. The reception staff were really friendly. The breakfast was great, and the parking had loads of room. I will be staying again when i go back to Stafford. Thanks again guys."

"It was nice having our own room but also a communal area where we could have use of the kitchen. The breakfast was good with eggs from the farm and the owner welcoming making this an overall good choice and would recommend."
