"Beautiful Views. Says 17 minute walk but they don't tell you its up a mountain so more like half hour or more if hauling luggage. They should send email telling uou they have a shuttle to pick you up. After getting there uou pay $8-10 for shuttle each way down to town and back. Only 3 restraurants and no shops. Loved the salt water pool."

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

"El hotel en general está bien, solo que se me hizo un poco viejo, la habitación estaba muy amplia aunque no me encantó su decoración, pero tenía balcón con vista bonita, el desayuno estaba súper bien y tienen el servicio de ir por ti a la estación, en general muy bien todo."
