"it’s pool under construction is not ideal"

"The room was clean. The bed was okay, but the pillows were awful. Half size and flat. You need 3 to make up on decent pillow. It is old and needs serious renovation. If you are on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator. There is virtually no soundproofing on the rooms and so much light came from around the entire door to the hallway, no additional lights need to be turned on to get up in the night. No housekeeping during our stay. Breakfast was minimal on the Sunday we were there and Monday was dismal. Halfway thru the breakfast hours most everything was gone and not replenished. I stopped travelling with a hair dryer as every previous hotel I've been to has one. This one does not. If you need a clean inexpensive place to stay and don't need much in the morning, this is a decent place to stay."

"This is my third stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is decent, the beds are comfortable. The only negatives I can say with my last stay was the bathroom sink had really low water pressure also the back parking lot did not have any lighting AT ALL. My previous stay’s it was lit enough that you could at least see around you. Hopefully this was just a temporary issue and has been corrected by now, if not it’s a major safety concern."

"First I will say, the staff were very friendly and helpful, NO complaints regarding the staff. The only thing I liked about this place was the fact that there was a coffee maker and microwave in the room. While the lobby of the hotel was maintained, the rooms were not. In my room there were obvious leaks in the ceiling, a crack in the ceiling that ran from one side of the room to the other, the drawers in the furniture would not stay closed, the bathtub would not drain unless you held the button down, and it was passed time to replace the bed. The side door was broken, so anyone could get into the building. This hotel is not worth the cost. Spend a few more dollars."

"I've always liked staying here every since my 1st time. It's clean. I haven't seen any bugs in my rooms. The parking is convenient. It's close to downtown Greensboro. "

"Staff was very helpful and nice. My only complaint was that my room wasn’t properly cleaned on my second day of staying. Otherwise everything else was pleasant"
