"1) the mattress will seem comfortable. 2) for breakfast I ordered pastries for my room.. I also reminded them again before the bar closed. They said that they would be deliver this to my room. This never happened."

"+ polite staff, lovely quirky hotel,
- room cold, unable to regulate heat quick staff response by putting heater in room.
Noise levels unacceptable from beer keller two doors away playing loud muic until 2am.
Rang desk at 1.30am who informed me they don't usually stay open that late but their opening hrs state otherwise.
Kitchen extractor woke us at 7am that same morning. Windows not double glazed. Awful nights sleep."

"Lovely decor in reception and communal areas.
Room was just what we needed. Spacious for a family of 4 sharing.
Pool facilities were great.
Breakfast was good quality, plenty of choice.
Staff were very friendly and professional."
