"The only good thing was the pool steam and sauna facilities, everything else was poor and dangerous. 1) The bed had a sharp metal spring protruding out of it which was only realised when someone got injured from it. 2) The shower door was broken and nearly fell on my face. 3) There was no kitchen equipment (cutlery plates or other basic things). "Amazing hotel. It is so unique and unlike anywhere we've ever stayed. The decor is fascinating and you constantly see new things, and it has very good air conditioning. The staff is fantastic and take great care in every detail. They serve a wonderful breakfast and the owner is always present. "Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. "easily the best place I've stayed this year. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the whole hotel felt well run and inviting. Fantastic value for money in a great location. I'll definitely be staying here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
