"I had the best rest and relaxation at the Whistling Swan Inn. The accommodations were so clean. The owner was very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. I highly recommend a stay here."

"The linens were clean by the smell of them but did have cigarette burns. The rooms are outdated and run down but there were no roaches as others said. There was a drunk man that knocked on my door around 12am and a woman making a screaming noise? "The room smelled. You had to get your kitchenette items from the front desk No blowdryer. No body wash. Microwave and refrigerator were disgusting. Absolutely in need of renovations in the kitchenette."

"The rooms were very nice and impeccably clean. The common areas were clean, but not usable. The advertised "restaurant", looked like a mini cafeteria, but it was closed both times we were there, and looked like it hadn't been in use for a while. "We decided to book a staycation for one night over the rainy Memorial Day weekend. Our main hope was to use the pool for our three small children. Unfortunately, the pool was FREEZING. We expressed this concern to 3 different staff members and were shrugged off each time. It was very frustrating. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of options."

"The furniture was dirty scraped Ragley needed to be replaced door torn up bathtub dirty didn’t come clean the room. Breakfast was just a joke. They had a buffet. Yes anything you ask for a paper plate or anything they didn’t have overall it was OK but not worth the money. The embassy in Washington DC however is very clean. Furniture is nice."

"We have used this hotel for several years because it is well-located for our visits. They have been fine in the past, but this year they had a major renovation on-going and that was very disruptive. They changed hallway carpet with many tenants in the building. Workers were reasonably quiet, but you had to step over construction debris and avoid stairways that had blocked doors. "Check in and check out was great, really friendly front desk dude. Room was great, especially the bed (my favorite part). I was sleeping but wifey went down to breakfast, she liked the eggs and potatoes. Over all it was a nice room but the pictures of the room when we booked it made it seem bigger. Stay was nice though. Will be back next time"
