"Our room was clean and quiet and seemed to be recently renovated with new decor and new carpet. Bathroom had also been updated. Breakfast was fine, they had hot foods like eggs, sausage, and French toast, and also offered a waffle station and cereal selections. Parking was easy and close. I would stay again if I return to the area."

"The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!"

"Quality Inn Harrisonburg is my go to hotel when visiting my student at JMU. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The staff has always been very helpful and my room has been clean. Continental breakfast is available and there is a good selection. I will continue to stay at this hotel for my future visits."

"Great location right outside of Luray for an affordable price. Very quiet and easy to check in. We called and got our door code and we were in earlier than our check-in time. The rooms had clearly been remodeled recently with updated flooring, paint, furniture, etc. The sheets and towels were lacking though.
