"I had requested a top floor & hardly any guests staying there, the lady at the front desk refused to let us have the top floor, what I noticed she was putting everyone on the first floor. The breakfast was mediocre, sausage tasted terrible, hard boiled eggs were gray inside when I cut them open, so didn’t eat much of a breakfast. Our room was pretty much clean. Parking was good."

"We have stayed here many times. Usually the breakfast is a draw. But it was lacking this time. The butter was replaced by a spread. The staff did not have the breakfast properly prepared. It was not what we had grown accustomed to."

"Desk staff was nice, efficient. A housekeeper had just cleaned it, was friendly and offered help if we needed anything. It was too late when we realized we only had one towel for two adults (oh, and the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles were still in the shower). "Free Parking was not free as the website promoted it was. We were told, by the front desk, that the website advertising was wrong. Someone needs to correct the Adams hotel amenities section. The hotel also mistakenly canceled our second day of reservations and called it a glitch in the system. We were required to have new keys made for our room after that mistake was made. We’ve never had this much of an inconvenience in a hotel stay before. Too many other things to write about on this...
