"The room didn’t feel or look clean. There were long dark hair in the shower before I used it. The carpet had disgusting looking stains in it. It didn’t feel or look clean. The walls were dinged up and furniture scratched. Corners of the bathroom and room had lots of dirt built up and the room smelled terrible—like unkempt pets. I did bring my clean, well behaved dog. I couldn’t book a pet room online thru Expedia and when front desk staffed learned this when I checked in, they switched my room...

"Interesting place! They’ve taken an old city hall and converted it into a hotel. The outside still looks like a 100+ year old city hall (in good condition) and the inside is all new. There is no front desk, no onsite staff at all, but check-in via an internet supplied code works well. The rooms are modern, well done and clean. Quirky, with a good price and I will stay again."

"Our room wasn’t cleaned very well. There were two dirty towels left hanging on the back of the bathroom door and an empty snack wrapper left in one of the side table drawers. The bathroom ceiling tiles had a stain and weren’t aligned. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent."

"The bathroom was really clean! I loved the mix of old tiles and modern shower. Check in instructions were helpful but a tad complicated. Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions. "It was a place to sleep beds were uncomfortable the bathtub looked like it was a hundred years old. You could hear everybody outside in your room the whole night because these people are partying"

"The rooms were clean but we arrived in the evening and the amount of lights attracting bugs lead to a lot of bugs getting into the room. The stairwell to the 2nd floor also had a very overpowering cat or dog fecal smell."

Stained sheets and towels, dirty disgusting, smelt horrible, left a half used roll of toilet paper, broken lock on door, no screen in the window, just a horrible experience would never ever recommend or come here again. "Poor quality gym. Useless pool hours. Overall quality of facility was poor upkeep. Smelled of cigarette and dope smoke. No sound proofing. The neighbor was having a party at 2 in the morning. Might as well have joined them. Bedding material was very well used and mattresses were less than to be desired. Online description does not match what the actual amenities really are."
