I was told checkout time was at noon which I thought was great since I was only staying 1 night and could sleep in. Twice the cleaning person tried to come in the room while I was still sleeping. So much for sleeping in. You would think that if someone was only staying 1 night, you would wait until the checked out...

"I like this place for a short stay with my family. Very convenient to everything. My only issue to this inn is the carpet. Not so clean. The rest are excellent. I hope they will deep clean the carpet all the time. Thank you! Highly recommended!"

"We enjoyed the property and the staff were amazing. I choose the hotel because of its location and it was perfect for our business needs. I would choose the hotel again when we travel to Spokane. The hotel is coping with some issues resulting from aging infrastructure, our room's air conditioning wasn't working and apparently the engineers are working through all of that. "Every employee i encountered was perfectly trained for customer service. Breakfast was good, pool, hot tub, and fitness center were all great and well-maintained. I will definitely stay again next time im in the area."

"This place definitely qualifies as a fleabag motel. They have no office staff, only a remote screen that checks you in via the internet and prints out your room key. When we got to the room, the main light only had one working bulb, the one lamp by the uncomfortable king bed didn’t even have a bulb, just an empty socket. The TV was unplugged so we plugged it in and the screen said the remote was not programmed to run this TV and to see the front desk. Unfortunately, there are no humans at the...

"The rooms of the hotel are run down, smell bad, and not properly cleaned. The shower was filthy and had a lot of the previous guests hair all over. I would not recommend it to anyone. We had to sleep with the window open all night because the room smelled so bad, and even with the window open we couldn’t get relief from the stench. The pillows are as hard as a rock and worn out. Overall one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve had."
