"Location is great, right in the city centre, and the hotel itself is fine. Parking can be a bit inconvenient because you need to collect a ticket every time you want to enter.
The biggest issue is the housekeeping. You have to request it in advance, but this is now the second time I requested it and nobody showed up. I even asked twice at reception in person, but the room still wasn’t cleaned and the bed wasn’t made.
The hotel’s AI chatbot is also quite frustrating and mostly gives generic...

"Het begon al met de incheck, ik had een grande kamer geboekt maar werd naar een comfort kamer gebracht. Ben toen gelijk terug gegaan naar de receptie om hierover verhaal te halen. Heb een iets grotere kamer gekregen maar nogsteeds niet de grande kamer die ik geboekt had. Maargoed , savonds te druk in het hotel maar ool erbuiten waardoor alles heel gehorig was.
De volgende ochtend ontbijt , komen we om 09:30 aan was alles al op en dat heeft 40min geduurd voordat alles weer aangevuld was echt...
