We checked in around 9:30 pm and Danielle at the front desk was wonderful. The room was clean but it had a smell of a strong cleaner. Maybe consider some better room deodorizer.

First what I didn't like. I am sure it's a rare occasion but we had to eat breakfast with knives and spoons because there were no forks. There were stains on the carpet in the hall and in the elevator which gave a unkempt appearance. Rooms were basic, austere, without any character but I guess that's ...
