"We had a wonderful three-night stay for my birthday celebrations. The location is perfect, with beautiful views, easy access to everything in the city, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and would happily stay here again."

"We stayed in room 304. Big room with high ceiling. Balcony and view up to Castel d'Elmo. Stylish decor and v.clean. Very quiet location. Big shower with high pressure. Coffee machine with coffee bag pods. Kettle & mixture of teabags. No milk, though! Safe & minibar with drinks inc water/juice/beer. Big comfy bed & good lighting options. Handy lift. Staff at small reception very helpful especially Luca. Recommended excellent local restaurant Signora Bettola. Access to hotel and room is with smart card allowing you to come & go freely. Chiaia is a smarter area but you need to walk 10 mins to Piazza Amadeo on Linea 2 to get to/from main Garibaldi station. Plenty of cafés and places to get pastries etc nearby for breakfast. Highly recommend Hotel Poerio. 👌"

"Location was great close to famous restaurant Mimi Alla Ferrovia 10min walk. Only set back at hotel was an over powering fragrance smell. Front desk very helpful and accommodating let us checkout and hour later. Great breakfast"

"The room and hotel was very nice. We did not have the hotel breakfast. We found a very good pastry nearby. The hotel is in a location that is a lengthy walk from the shopping areas and historic area. Not a lot going on along the waterfront."

"This is an elegant, old-world hotel and is beautifully maintained. The staff were very gracious and helpful. The room was large with high ceilings, an elegant bathroom and a small balcony opening out to the bay. There was a hot water kettle with packs of coffee and a mini-fridge. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a lovely spot for a drink at sunset. The waterfront area directly in front of the hotel is great for walking, and is being refinished very attractively with gray paving stones. It is a 10-12 minute walk along the waterfront to Molo Beverello port for ferries to Capri, Amalfi, etc."

"We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Parkers. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and the staff were delightfully helpful and charming. Meals and drinks on the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples were a treat. The hotel was a short walk from Chiaia, our favourite part of Naples. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again for a future visit."
