My pillowcases was mismatched white sheets cream pillowcase looked dirty because of colour difference but exchanged no problem. Didn't use pool as too many kids. Walls are paper thin so could hear lots of noise and doors banging. Ideal for adults with kids wouldn't recommend for single women room was very small,...

"Firstly I booked through expedia who I thought would be competitive, however I paid £70 more than apparently booking direct as got an invoice pushed through my door on the morning of checkout - they said the I paid £70 more because I booked through expedia and that was their commission. The hotel was perfect location, but very dated and old fashioned. The bar was expensive and the spa area was massively overpriced for what it was"

"Unfortunately on 2nd floor shower was cold to barely lukewarm for the entire weekend in March. Heating too was off when we arrived but later fixed. No breakfast available and noise throughout the night with banging doors talking laughing etc. Odour exists in rooms and corridors. Hotel is a throwback to the 60's and badly in need of a total renovation. However the price is quite cheap so you get what you pay for."
