"Die Frühstückspauschale macht keinen Sinn. 12€ je Frühstück und du bekommst in drei Cafés in der Umgebung genau 12€ Guthaben. Kann man genauso gut vor Ort bezahlen und ist deutlich flexibler. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. Am meisten zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene des Apartments. Leider ganz viele (kleine Punkte), wo die angebliche 100% cleanliness policy des Unternehmens ad absurdum geführt wird. Schade,...

"Great place to stay in Tallinn"

"This was the perfect location in Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere. The property itself is over 600 years old so the ancient walls, wooden beams and other unique features were a delight. This is a wonderful boutique hotel with a lovely staff who are kind and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. We had three rooms: a standard room, a suite and a senior suite. "Really nice place, much larger and better located than I had imagined . One main issue is where you have to leave your bags if arriving before 4 pm. You’re expected to go up a hill, across cobblestone street, for about 10 min. Once you arrive there are lockers which require 2 euro coins, which you don’t get back. There should be a place to store luggage in the same building where you’re staying. Place itself was nice, clean."

"This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly."
