Perfect, everything I needed for my short stay

The farm was beautiful and the access to the land was wonderful. There's still some exploring we'd like to do, next time. The room was superb, cleanliness was at a high standard. All staff were welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place

Great for a night before a flight. Would stay again

We come here quite regularly. Staff are getting to know us. The staff are frienly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The meals are really good. Location is brilliant. Cant fault the hotel

Perfect for a night before an early morning flight

This hotel was excellent! Its new and exceptionally clean and modern. The design is super modern and cant fault it. Location is superb...literally 5 mins walk away

easy to reach every part of Luton. very quick response to every requirement.

We had a wonderful weekend, the sun was shining so the outdoor pool was a must. We opted for Collette's restaurant in the evening, the food was divine and attention and service first class. The grounds are amazing with lovely water features, plants and contemporary design ornaments. A great weekend in fab hotel.

Lovely venue, very professional and helpful staff, food high standard, rooms spacious and shower bathroom high standard.

Easy access to airport terminal.

Stayed with my 5yo son for two nights, we got the train into London one day and drove to the Warner brothers studio the next. I had the car with me so the location was ideal, not busy and right off the M1. The hotel was clean, the staff were lovely, the room service food wasn’t amazing but the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice and time to get there. We swam twice in the pool which my son loved. Would stay again if we were to return to the Warner bros studio.

Stopped here a few times and for an airport hotel, it's one of the better ones. The staff are super friendly and it offers great value for money. The rooms are a little on the cosy side but are well equipped and modern. My only gripe, and this is a personal preference, is that the mattress is too hard and the pillows are not great. One pillow is too low and two pillows is too high. Woke up with a stiff neck and a headache from the pillows. This was sorted out by a lovely hot shower in the modern...

The hotel was very clean. Staff are very friendly. Good value for money considering the Premier Inn down the road was almost 40% more and isn’t any better. Shower worked well, bed was comfy. And it’s close to Southgate station and lots of shops and restaurants close by. My only criticism was that the pillows were a bit too big for me, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I had a lovley 1 night stay here. We arrived an hour early and was able to check in and use the facilities. Friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Our from was nice and spacious, clean and inviting. We made use of the pool which was perfect and refreshing due to the hot weather. Lovley breakfast included. Will be booking again in the future 😊

I am disabled asked at reception if I could have a room for my disability.

Lovely hotel but the superior rooms are badly in need of refurbishment. I expected by its title, a superior room, that’s what I paid for, but these are no better than a standard room in need of refurbishment. We stayed here 5 years ago and the showers have the same broken tiles with old wooden seats, dirt between the cracks of the broken tiles. There’s no excuse for this in a hotel charging these prices. That said, when I mentioned our disappointment we were upgraded to a better room and that...
