"What a beautiful, clean & quiet location. We were greeted with a smile at 11pm, checking out at 10am again with a great & helpful staff. Be careful this place is located next to the convention center, but it's less then a block walk over. Breakfast was delicious with generous portions & selections. Kudos to the mgt staff. We will be back again..."

"Did not give me the room I originally booked. When I asked for more pillows and blankets because I had 2 kids that had to sleep on the floor, they said they didn’t have any. When I asked about a crib for my baby, which they advertised, they told me it would be an extra cost."

"Room was adequate for a one night stay. Staff was very helpful about a maintenance issue and resolved it quickly. Room was musty and didn't smell fresh or all that pleasant, but everything appeared to be clean. Good shower pressure! Breakfast was very lackluster. Furnishings need to be updated. Property was quiet. Staff was friendly."
