"Way better than expected. Rooms were a great size, it was quiet and the amenities were great. Booked room 9/10 for two adults and two kids, each had our own bathroom. It was great. "

"A little gem within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Mill Valley. We started the day with a full, fresh, and delicious included breakfast. Our room looked out on redwoods and was clean and comfortable. Amenities for the bath were plentiful and of good quality. There is a 24-hour front desk with friendly staff and free parking on the premises. We will definitely stay there again when in Mill Valley."

"I didn’t not stay at this property. I walked in and immediately was hit with a nasty musty smell. I asked the lady at the front desk to see the room I’d be staying in and she would not allow me to see the room unless I completed the full check in process so I walked out. "

"Noisy air conditioner. In bathtub, cold water is hot and hot water is cold. No tissue paper. Some broken outlets. Dusty coffee maker."

"The staff were great and we so enjoyed this fun unexpected find! Free parking was included and an amazing breakfast was unexpected! We enjoyed it in the library but the open courtyard was beautiful too. Perfect in warmer weather. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. There are stairs only to the second floor so plan for that."

"Room smelled. Floor not clean. Lots of construction going on, but wasn't told in advance."

"The room is not clean with some dirts on the ground and the cornor. There is no sofa so the room is large but a bit too empty. The restroom in separated into 2 small rooms and the wash sink and mirror is not with in the restroom. Also, fire alarm from 12 am to 1 am at midnight on April 12, 2026. "

"Breakfast was great , it is similar to A regular buffet you would pay $25 for. The free cocktails is a great idea. However, the room is a bit dated , the bed springs squeak when I sat down, the carpet needs to match with the spirited atmosphere outside the room. The accessible shower is thoughtfully designed."

"Parking was limited and if you get back late, you have to park on the street. The bedding is ugly as hell however, the bedsheets were clean and comfortable. The current bedspreads gave that 70s vibe. When you first walk into the room, there’s this musty smell and the ceiling above the shower needs to be looked at this is room 218."
