"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"Pretty old hotel but clean. My room has a small shower place which is not ideal. Otherwise a good hotel for the price. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. The location requires tram ride to go to the old town etc."

"The location is fantastic approx 20mins walk to Old Town and various tourist spots. There are plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and art shops as well as grocery stores. The rooms are very spacious and quiet, with great coffee & tea in the room with a small fridge/minibar(extra charge). A large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, lots of toiletries included. It was a good location next to a shopping centre with plenty of places to eat and a supermarket in there. Public transport was nearby making it easy to get around Prague. It was walkable too but took about 30 mins to walk to the touristy areas of Prague."
