"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for visiting the Castle as it is only a short walk away. Parking is onsite but there is a charge. WiFi is free.

"The hotel is located in between the station and Castle. All of the main tourist sights were within walking distance, apart from the National Wallace Memorial. The breakfast was plentiful, including a freshly cooked Scottish breakfast. The staff were very professional and helpful . The bedroom and bathroom were large and comfortably furnished. The hotel is close to many restaurants and cafes."
