"what a disappointment to stay in a hotel with such great potential but obvious neglect.
From the cold, unwelcoming staff to the dirty, dated rooms to the old ugly dining areas with big heavy curtains and dark scratched floors-the hotel is clearly mismanaged.
The entire place needs a good scrubbing, fresh coat of paint, and new furniture in the rooms as well as the dining areas! (looks like 1970’s card tables from walmart)

"The folks at the counter, and the concierge desk were always so helpful and pleasant. There was a different person at the concierge desk every day, it was nice to get different opinions from them. The front desk crew were always smiling, and making sure we got our cookies! Yummy!
We were very fortunate to have your restaurant server, Wu Yan on our last night before heading home. Very nice. He is an asset to your organization. And the shrimp Alfredo was the creamiest. One of the best I’ve ever...

"The hotel was in amazing shape, the staff was super friendly and super helpful. The concierge knew all of the good attractions to visit and had the ability to issue tickets while you spoke with her. The pool was very comfortable and the bartenders were super friendly and always walking around the deck to ensure your drinks were full!!!"

"Rooms were very nice! Pool bar was a complete joke-(close at 6 pm, no food, no entertainment, no social gathering whatsoever)
After a busy day with the kids- coming back to a “resort “ that has food, cocktails, a lil music, and good conversations while kids swim until hitting the sack- that’s how to end the day.
None of that happening here. I’ll trade the fancy room for a place that has better amenities "
