"When first checking in there was no one in the lobby for a good 5 minutes before someone showed up. We got a rushed explanation on the $50 deposit information. Once we got to the bedroom it was disgusting. There were stains on the bed, blood stains on the walls and furniture. Many other nasty stains and scratches on the walls in the bathroom as well. Someone drew something on the headboard of the bed. The tv that was once mounted to the wall was pulled off and sat on the dresser prompted up against the wall. The door was all banged up as if it’d been kicked in before. It was terrible and we could not stay the night there. We had to check out. "

"Front desk employee (girl) was very unwelcome. She doesn't hesitate to say, "I don't have a room ready right now, come back later," even though there's a reservation and I just want an early check-in, regardless of the extra charge. I'm a guest; how should guests (customers) be treated?"
