"At about 2AM the smoke alarm in our room started beeping every few minutes and the a loud message came from it declaring that the batteries were low. This continued until about 4AM when I got on a chair and took the alarm off the ceiling and took the batteries out. Response by staff when I checked out was “Gee I’m so sorry.” and was it. No acknowledgment of our discomfort or disrupted rest. And the air conditioner was way to loud to sleep comfortably"

"Rooms are very beautiful and clean! Great place to enjoy outdoor pool and relax away from home. The only downside was bar doesn't open til 3pm. We were wanting a mimosa Sunday morning brunch"

"I had a horrible stay. I was scared for my life during the late night hours. When I arrived the front desk lady only spoke Spanish and was not able to help me find my room. I had to have a person staying there help me. There were people screaming all night. It seems like people on drugs use this place to stay at. Do not stay here at all. I was up til 3 am because of all of the noise. Would love a refund. "

"Room had one chair in it.most Hampton have at least two chairs. We asked for second chair and got it.just not up to hampton standards"

"The Starbucks coffee bar never opened and staff could not give us an update. I count on that being open so why wasn’t it and why no info on it. The beds in our room were the worst I have ever experienced. The mattress too soft, comforter too heavy, pillows too huge, sheets scratchy. The bathroom however was beautiful although the electrical outlet was so close to the adjoining wall that I could not bet my nightlight into it which was unsettling as the bathroom was very dark and I count on that...

"We arrived a bit early and the front desk allowed us to check in. The process was seamless. Our room was clean and cool. The bathroom was large. The area around the hotel felt safe. Breakfast was great - there was a pretty big variety of options from fresh pancakes to assorted pastries and breads. Wish we could have stayed longer, but the one night we did stay was perfect, and we'd stay here again."
