my first initial complaint was the key card for the room didn’t work so myself and my child were waiting to try and get in the door. Best Western Plus Heritage Inn
This place was disappointing and very disgusting. It smelled terrible and garage all over the parking lot. Staff were nice. $100 room deposit which was ridiculous due to the condition of the room/property. This property was false advertisement.
