my first initial complaint was the key card for the room didn’t work so myself and my child were waiting to try and get in the door. Best Western Plus Heritage Inn
The room was very clean but the air conditioner didn't work. The hot tub jets wouldnt come on and the light in the hot tub was broken. It was very loud at night from the upstairs, but the breakfast was great and staff was very nice.
